Job boards for writers are another good way to find the better paying freelance writing gigs.
There are plenty of wannabe internet marketers on the internet who have heard there is money to be made having a website. They can’t write so they must have someone to write for them. But they don’t have any money. So what do they do? Ask you to use your time to help them start making money! These are the clients that buy from content mills and hire from outsourced marketing places
Luckily, there are websites or companies that are already making money or have website owners willing to pay you for your time. These job boards tend to do a better job of listing such places …most of them for free!
One thing I try to do is look at some of the more obscure sites that post freelance writing sites rather than just heading to Problogger.com every morning. My thinking is that EVERYONE flocks to Problogger so there’s a lot more competition!

I did not find any virtual or telecommute jobs but still thought it was pretty cool site.
You will have to register to apply but not to look.
